Hi there! My name is Liset Santos, and I
bring a fresh perspective to the real estate market. My love for real estate
began when my husband and I purchased our first home together in 2019. I was so
intrigued by all of the different technical aspects that went into buying a
home - from lending, to inspections, then appraisals, and beyond! It became an
object of passion for me, because I realized before that moment, I had no idea
of just how intricate the inner-workings of the real estate market really were.
Also, who doesn’t love going down a good Zillow-rabbit hole at 1am; or dreaming
of exactly what you could do with that 1.5 million dollar mansion on 37 acres
next to Lake Monroe?? But I digress… that first-time home-buying experience was
what led me to want to become a realtor myself. My goal is to help my clients
find their dream home - after all, it is one of the biggest and most important
investments that a person will make in their lifetime. It’s important to me to
aid in making that process as smooth, and enjoyable as possible! I want to help
safely navigate you through this journey and leave you feeling confident and
pleased with the entire process; and hopefully, with more knowledge of real
estate than you had before!

In addition to having access to the

hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Science and Public Affairs from Indiana University
in Bloomington. I majored in Environmental Management and graduated from
S.P.E.A in 2015. Formerly a Chicago-native, I did what any college-grad who
fell in love with a “townie” would do and I made Bloomington my permanent
residence. This town (and its surrounding counties) hold a very special place
in my heart, and I like to consider myself an honorary Hoosier by default.
Beyond real estate, I love being at home with my husband and our 3 pups, but
also exploring the outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature. I also spend
time mastering different components of the mind, body and soul such as
meditation, yoga, and self-defense or martial arts training.
