The real estate market is changing and to serve my clients I stay on top of the changes. Ongoing education and training are paramount to me and help keep me in a position to aggressively help you achieve your real estate goals. Technology and the internet is a significant portion of our growing real estate business. I am e-Pro Certified, an ABR and I am also a Fine Homes and Estates designated REALTOR and understand the intricacies of buying and selling homes in this special market.
I am an experienced sales professional who excels in the art of negotiation. My sales training came from one of the top five sales and marketing corporations in the nation: Johnson & Johnson. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, I received extensive executive sales experience in pharmaceuticals and the operating room markets. During that tenure, I was consistently the top sales person in the country as well as the National Sales Trainer. As a REALTOR, I am consistently the top selling agent in my office. I'm pleased to have been ranked as a top ten individual agent by the IBJ (Indianapolis Business Journal) the last several years. We have more than 6,000 REALTORS in the Indianapolis market so this ranking is not easy to achieve.
In my first year of real estate, I was named Rookie of the Year and have continued to grow my business exponentially…by returning clients, by referrals, and by effectively marketing YOUR HOME on the internet! I very much enjoy the working relationship that I develop with my clients and never hand my clients or their transaction over to an assistant to manage. It is a huge privilege to be entrusted with the trust of managing the purchase/sale of one's home. For most people, it is the single largest financial transaction that they will ever execute.
